Compassion

Try It On For Size

Try it on for size – self-love, compassion, forgiveness – and find within the wondrous you the power to take another step, the essence of bliss, and the manifestation of divine providence. It’s all there for your adventure, for your pleasure, for your embracing.

When you explore the depths of you, what do you uncover? Is the exploration of you an adventure? Are you able to see the correlation between self-love, compassion and forgiveness with forging ahead, bliss and divine providence?

Living Fully

In order to live life fully you’ll need to keep your heart overflowing with love, your eyes wide open and your soul packed with compassion.

How do you define a fully lived life? How does it feel to fill your heart with love? Are you able to keep your eyes wide open and not run from that which you may not like to see within yourself? Can you embrace what you see and love it up in order to heal? What will happen to you today if you live everything through a soul of compassion?

Self-Care

Walk gently into the mosaic of life and lavish yourself with tenderness, love and compassion.

Will anything stop you from treating yourself to tenderness, love, and compassion today? Is that ‘anything’ worth putting your self-care aside? What will it take to bathe yourself in loving kindness? Go ahead, make a date with yourself and tend to you. Will you do it?

Rise Up -- Shower Yourself with Kindness

“…Rise, pick up you stretcher, and go home. He rose and went home.” – Matthew 9:6-7

Rise, rise up dear friends, dear creation. Rise up. Walk with a contemplative heart. Observe your self-talk. What are you saying? Are you speaking kind and loving thoughts? Are you showering yourself with compassion? You are of no use to others unless you first learn to accept yourself, love yourself, forgive yourself, and have compassion for yourself.

Each tiny step to self-awareness leads to the road of Self Awareness. The first change in movement or thought will affect the energy within and around you. Take up one act of kindness for yourself and allow this act of kindness to wash over you and cleanse your spirit.

Stop for a moment to smell a rose, observe a sunrise or sunset, feed your body nourishing food and drink, write a love letter to yourself or to someone else, rest, read a good book, unplug the phone and computer.

Just stop for a moment (or more), rise up and treat yourself to what you deserve – Kindness and Self Care.

What does self-care look like to you and how will you shower yourself with kindness and self-care today and every day?
